Sculpture of a hand was done using clay with no armature to hold it up. I began building the hand keeping the wrist and arm hollow. The palm was well done however I needed to add another point of interest for a statement, so I found the smallest cell phone and it fit perfectly in the hand. The finish is a rich bronze patina. It is a conversation piece.

Medium is clay and the finish is a rich white patina to resemble white marble.

Margaret is a professional model that sat for me. Her features remind me of a French young woman with this wonderful, pleasant smile. I wondered what she is thinking. Her hair was pulled back tight so I gave the sculpture some fullness and texture with bits of suttle, gold highlights. The finish resembles white marble.
